Join Wisteria Dawn for a 7-week transformational journey through the chakras. Each Monday, we’ll focus on one chakra, exploring it through nourishing food (potluck-style), meditation with its mudra, chakra-focused yoga, and a hands-on activity.

Each session includes a take-home crystal and incense aligned with that week’s chakra. You’ll also work with a personal chakra journal for shadow work between classes. At the start of each new week, we’ll release the past by burning our journaling in a sacred ceremony—clearing the path for the next layer of healing.
